Dr. Geo Paul Chamakkalayil, MD is a reputed anaesthesiologist who possess extensive knowledge and experience in the field of adult cardiothoracic anaesthesia and transplant anesthesia. Before moving on to his current position at Apollo Adlux Hospital, he had worked in prestigious institutions in India and abroad, including his tenure at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi as Cardiothoracic Anaesthesiologist.

Dr. Geo Paul was a meritorious student and graduated from Government Medical College Trivandrum, topped the university exam with Gold medal in Anaesthesiology. He has worked as a team leader and was a pioneer in setting up Cardiothoracic Anesthesia department and post op care units in the private and public health sector. His major area of interest is Transesophageal echocardiography, ECMO, Anesthesia for Robotic Cardiac surgeries and Transplant anesthesia.
