Dr. Manoj Ayyappath has more than 10 years of expertise as a surgical gastroenterologist specializing in laparoscopic gastro and liver surgeries. He is a highly skilled professional with a distinguished educational background and extensive experience working with renowned hospitals and institutions. After completing MBBS, he pursued MS in General Surgery from Medical College, University of Calicut. His passion for learning and professional development led him to acquire DNB in General Surgery and an MRCS from The Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. He further enhanced his knowledge and skills by obtaining DNB in Surgical Gastroenterology from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi.  His commitment to excellence prompted him to undergo specialized training as a Fellow in Liver Transplantation at Fortis Hospital, Noida.

Throughout his career, Dr. Manoj has held positions at prestigious institutions, including Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, Thrissur, Lakeshore Hospital, Kochi, and GEM Hospital, Coimbatore. These experiences have provided him with a wealth of practical knowledge and the opportunity to deliver exceptional care to his patients. He is one of the few in the country who does “daycare surgery” for gallbladder and hernia surgeries.

His dedication to advancing the field of surgical gastroenterology is evident through his active participation in national and international conferences. His insightful research papers have received widespread recognition and earned him numerous accolades and awards, further solidifying his contributions to the medical community.
