Dr. Ponny M. S. is an experienced gynaecologist and laparoscopic surgeon at Apollo Adlux Hospital, Angamaly, Ernakulam, Kerala, specialising in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery, laparoscopic hysterectomy, ovarian cyst surgery, high-risk pregnancy management, obstetric emergencies and comprehensive women’s healthcare. With more than 12 years of clinical experience and expertise in over 100 laparoscopic procedures, she provides personalised and evidence-based obstetric and gynaecological care. Dr. Ponny is also trained in the management of obstetric emergencies and high-risk obstetrics and has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of gynaecological conditions.

Her clinical approach focuses on providing comprehensive and compassionate care while addressing the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of women across different stages of life. Dr. Ponny M. S. has completed her MBBS from T.D. Government Medical College, Alappuzha, followed by a Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics (DGO) from Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram. She later completed her MS in Gynaecology and Obstetrics from Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram. She also underwent a Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS) at Dr. Niteen Ghorpade’s Inspeiria Laparoscopy and IVF, further strengthening her expertise in advanced laparoscopic gynaecological procedures.
